Truffle Hunt (1.5 hours)
Saturday: 9:30am-11.00am | 12.00pm-1.30pm
Sunday: 9:30am-11.00am
Cost: 75.00 per person
Learn about the history of the farm and our journey to becoming one of Australia's most successful trufferies. Watch the truffle dogs in action and learn how to harvest and handle the truffles before they make their way to market and to being served at Australia's best restaurants. At the conclusion of the hunt you will receive your own taste of truffle and have the opportunity to shop where fresh truffles will be available for purchase along with all our other earthly delights.
Truffle Hunt & Brunch (2.5 hours)
Saturday & Sunday: 9:00am-11.30am
Cost: 175.00 per person

Truffle Hunt & Lunch (3 hours)
Saturday & Sunday: 1.00pm-4.00pm
Cost: $250.00 per person
Join Jayson, Emilie and the team on an exhilarating truffle hunt experience. We will expertly guide you through everything you've ever wanted to know about truffles. Feel the rush of excitement as you join the hunt for the elusive black truffle through the forest of 8,000 oak and hazelnut trees.
Once the perfect truffle is found, we head back to the warmth of the restaurant for a decadent seven-course degustation lunch with paired beverages.
Our Executive Chef, Kanharith Kim and her team prepares the truffle dishes in front of you while teaching you all the secrets to using truffles at home. Sit back and enjoy the dishes or get up and get involved in this interactive and entertaining event.
NOTE: This experience is designed for adults. Children over the age of 12 can be accommodated, however due to limited group numbers, will still require a full price ticket.
